This is a fantastic opportunity to join a luxury European Kitchen & Bathroom supplier as their Sales Administrator, working from a modern showroom based in Alexandria, a short walk from Mascot train station.

Your New Role

As the Sales Administrator, you will sit at the heart of the showroom and support both customers and the internal sales team. This role is a full time entry level position and would suit someone who enjoys a varied and busy role.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greet customers in the showroom and assist them as they explore premium product ranges
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
• Provide administration and sales support to Sales Representatives
• Coordinate deliveries and assist with order administration
• Prepare reports, documents and training materials for the sales team when required
• Maintain the showroom’s high-end presentation and manage general office tasks

• Entry level position with exposure to sales coordination and showroom operations
• Salary up to $60k + super
• Full time hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
• No weekend work

About You

• Previous experience in administration, customer service, sales support, retail, reception or office coordination roles is preferred but not essential
• You are approachable and a natural people person
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Enjoy a busy role with variety and responsibility
